It is too early, may be, to make a judgement.
Dont you see this is the first time everyone is taking so much interest in this crash? Previously many things happened and people sat over it (like Fokker air crash at Multan which ate away many brigadiers and civil hi-fi officers).
So let there be speculations so that the issue remains alive.
