Of many flowers that decorate my garden are the brightly coloured poppies every year. This beautiful flower comes in many colours; yellow, orange, white, red and mauve. Poppy flower usually have four to six petals. Before the poppy really unfolds its beauty and blossom, the petals are rather crumpled in the bud. A well laid poppy bed of varying colours really brightens up the home garden and is a treat to look at.
