This year's men's singles title has two historic records in the offing:
The world no.3 Spaniard Rafael Nadal is attempting to defend his title for the record seventh time. Last year he equaled the record of six successive wins by the legendary Bjorn Borg.
On the other hand, world no.1 Serbian Novak Djokovic may become the first man in history after 1969 to hold four major titles at one time. The Serb already hold the Wimbledon, US Open and the Australian Open titles. Wining the the French title will him seond man after Rod Laver who held four records in 1969.
Who would be the king? Well as predicted by World No.2 Roger Federer, Nadal stands better chances that the Serb for his mastery over the red clay. So it is going to be a better of giants this year with big names like Djokovic, Federer, Nadal and Murray trying to outscore each other.
Who wins, will be the King.
